I was born in the UK and met my husband whilst travelling in 1984. He and his family introduced me to Jesus and I became a believer soon after. We married in 1986 which is how I came to live in Australia and have been part of the Merredin community and this church since then.
We have raised 2 children and I have 2 older step-children. I became an elder in the church and have been a part of the leadership team since then. I have led a small women’s bible study group for over 20 years which is non-denominational but tends to be mostly women from my church.
I also have a love for amateur dramatics and have been a member of our local drama group for many years performing shows in our beautiful historic Cummins Theatre.
For the past 24 years, I have worked in an administrative role for the State Government.
Jesus and my church family has sustained me through many joys and sorrows over the years and I pray that I can be and have been a comfort and blessing to others along the way.
